Job Description
Enrolled Nurse
Salary: $1, 900 - $3, 550
Location: Jurong West (JWS) / Bukit Batok / Choa Chu Kang
(44hrs/week) 5 days work week, rotational
:
- Comply with approved Nursing SOPs.
- Work with multidisciplinary team
- to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
- Identify symptoms of clients related to illness or decline in functional/cognitive abilities and advocate early attention.
- Mentor and guide, NAs and HCAs in performing their functional duties.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist client to manage common age - related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
- Assist Registered Nurse as when required.
- Other additional operational duties as assigned by Centre Manager.
- Nitec in Nursing
- Registered with SNB
- Experience working in an elderly setting is an advantage
