Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ownership:
Achieve sales targets across new business, professional services, managed services, and renewals.
Enterprise Engagement:
Identify and qualify opportunities within enterprise and government accounts, addressing technical objections and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline using CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring adherence to best practices in enterprise sales.
Client Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders to drive customer success.
Technical Collaboration:
Work closely with customer engineering teams to validate solutions--supporting bid responses, technical briefings, proof-of-concepts, and proposal submissions.
Partner Alignment:
Collaborate with leading technology partners to align solutions with client needs and maximize engagement opportunities.
Market Expansion:
Contribute to the organization's growth in Singapore through strategic account planning, industry engagement, and event participation.
Post-Sales Engagement:
Partner with delivery and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
Market Awareness:
Stay current on cloud technologies, industry trends, and competitors to position the company as a trusted technology partner.
Qualifications:
At least 4+ years' experience in
enterprise or government technology sales
, ideally in
cloud, hybrid, or SaaS solutions
.
Strong understanding of
AWS, Azure, GCP
, and cloud transformation strategies.
Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and closing complex, high-value deals.
Excellent relationship management, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities, with proficiency in CRM systems.
Experience collaborating with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Business-level proficiency in Mandarin
required, as the role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking enterprise clients.
