Hiring for our client , one of the leading and fastest growing IT services organization . They have presence in more than 70 countries and an ASEAN footprint of over 2 decades with 4k+ employees in the region.

Level : Director / Senior Director

Location and Region: Singapore/Kuala Lumpur - ASEAN

Industry focus: Banking , Financial Services and Insurance

Role & Responsibilities :As an enterprise architect you are responsible for the design of one or more applications or services and are typically part of a solution development team. You must have a balanced mix of technical and business skills, and will often work with technical architects for strategic direction.

Our clients\' solutions are typically a combination of Digital, BPO, applications development, applications management and infrastructure services. You are required to perform the role of a trusted technology advisor / Enterprise Solution Architect. You are :

• Expected to drive large transformation programs - specifically platform driven /enabled transformation programs
• Expected to evolve a conceptual solution and provide directions to stitch together the independent solution streams .
• Expected to work with the client and other technology architects deriving from a business need.
• Be integral part of pursuits and bring in an architects view .

Requirements

Requirement :

• 5+ years as Enterprise Solution Architect (advantage if its at a leading data management/ consulting firm) - with an overall of 12 plus years of relevant technical experience
• Excellent understanding of the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) as a whole - for large transformtional deals
• Must have significant experience in the ASEAN region as an enterprise architect
• Familiarity and hands on experience with most technology clusters - MS, UBM, Java, Oracle, ERP, Open standards / TOGAF / industry standard frameworks and various common cloud platforms
• Familiar with the latest trends and common solutions on Data Management & Analytics, AI, Blockchain, IOT, Digital Engineering principles
• Ability to have conversations and present propositions to the CXO group and carry the relationship along driven by content
• Outstanding EQ and communications capabilities (oral and written)
• Prior PreSales expereince (good to have)
