Role: Enterprise Architect (IT Infra)Employment Type: PermanentLocation: Singapore, EastPosition Overview:The Enterprise Architect will oversee the development, upkeep, and administration of IT architecture frameworks and their associated components. This role involves interpreting and applying architectural information to enhance various business processes, focusing on the design, advancement, enhancement, and upkeep of IT support systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of the Enterprise Architecture (EA).
• Investigate and assess available IT solutions to meet specific technical and business needs, including exploring innovative options.
• Engage in and lead discussions related to architecture design with clients and partners.
• Offer expert advice on EA strategies, processes, and methodologies.
• Propose and contribute to the analysis and development of long-term strategic and operational plans to align EA objectives with the enterprise\'s overarching goals.
• Share industry best practices, integrate lessons learned, and continuously update architectural requirements based on technological advancements and vendor offerings.
• Lead and oversee Architecture Working Groups to support EA development and maintenance.
• Establish and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and policies, ensuring their regular review and update.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (COE) team and business engagement managers to gather business requirements and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience, ideally in IT or Computer Science.
• At least 15 years of experience in various IT domains (e.g., infrastructure, applications, digital platforms, security, cloud services).
• A minimum of 7 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• ITIL certification required.
• Agile Project Management training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
