Job Description

As the Enterprise Architect for Private Banking Platforms at a leading regional bank, you will oversee architecture design and technical governance for all private banking application ecosystems. Lead transformation projects modernizing legacy systems, including large-scale database migrations, real-time data integrations, and the implementation of digital banking platforms. Collaborated closely with internal teams and external vendors to standardize architecture across multiple markets, ensuring security, compliance, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Designed and validated overall Private Banking IT architecture, focusing on migration, modernization, and digital transformation. Ensured compliance with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements. Standardized applications across legacy and modern platforms, supporting business growth and digital service expansion. Resolved technical issues and provided expert guidance throughout project lifecycles, including testing and quality assurance. Led technical governance, architecture reviews, and risk assessments for multi-year transformation programs. Mentored solution designers and junior architects; facilitated communication across technical and non-technical leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Over 15 years' experience in enterprise architecture and solution design, preferably within the private banking or wealth domains. Expertise in digital transformation, large-scale systems integration, and high-volume transaction platforms. Strong experience with database migrations and event-driven architectures. Advanced ability to communicate technical strategy and influence senior stakeholders.
