Sounds interesting?Then come in and join our ASEAN team as Regional Solution Sales Specialist to be responsible to utilize customer requirements to develop and propose an overall solution which can consist of individual modules from our portfolio, from third parties or in-house developments.To support our motivated and growing team of Digital & Automation (D&A) in ASEAN, we are looking for people who want to shape the future of healthcare with their energy and passion.The role of the Regional Solution Sales Specialist is to support presales activities related to the Digitalization & Automation product portfolio. You will ensure that the individual country teams are equipped with a clear value proposition for the offered D&A solutions.You will drive the solution presales demonstrations and presentations for the key Enterprise Imaging projects (ASEAN large D&A Enterprise Imaging deals). Working with the Regional Head Quarter (RHQ) team, you will empower your country counterparts with the unique selling points of the D&A Enterprise Imaging portfolio (Imaging IT, Clinical & Efficiency).As a regional expert, you will summarize and distribute market relevant information related to our D&A Portfolio improvements and new features. This role will help accelerate the ASEAN Healthcare digital transformation. This will require forming anchoring relationships through customer engagement with both internal and external partners.Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will drive the value proposition of Enterprise Imaging solutions for single institutions or group of hospitals.
  • You will interact with clinical users, CIO and IT managers to understand institution key issues or requirements, helping the country counterparts to shape the associated business case of the ZONE ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam).
  • You will support the country counterparts with the technical/ clinical information and documentation for our Healthcare IT portfolio. Your expertise will cover Enterprise Imaging, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics dashboards, Advanced Visualization, and remote scanning solutions.
  • Your responsibilities include working with interdisciplinary teams to understand and support the customer requirements (and preliminary fit-gap analysis).
  • You will support pre-sales activities including application demonstrations.
  • You will be part of the solution design team and will support product specifications for our tender submissions.
  • Working in collaboration with the country counterparts and the Headquarter (HQ) product teams, you will prepare specific solutions, or develop new solutions, according to the local needs (co-creation).
  • You will draft the definition and description of the expected clinical workflows and system connectivity, considering the existing customer environment and the Siemens Healthineers products and solutions.
  • Working with HQ product teams and RHQ teams, you will empower the country counterpart presales and sales teams with continuous communications and portfolio value proposition trainings according to the identified ASEAN clinical needs.
  • You will be incentivized based on the D&A ASN Order Target performance and overall SHS performance.

  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in computer science, medical technology, biomedical engineering, or computing information systems.
  • You have minimum 7 years of professional experience with Healthcare IT solutions related to sales or presales activities.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Radiology Department operations and workflows.
  • You have worked closely with radiology or other imaging equipment projects.
  • You have an in-depth knowledge of IT (servers, operating systems, MS SQL databases, IT networks).
  • You can demonstrate solid technical knowledge of IHE profiles, HL7/ FHIR/ DICOM standards.
  • You have knowledge of Radiology Imaging clinical applications (X-Ray, CT, MRI).
  • You have knowledge of Imaging data post processing applications (Volumetric segmentations, Vascular analysis, Neuro imaging).
  • You have knowledge of healthcare ICT standards (IHE, DICOM, HL7, FHIR, CDA Hooks, CQL, ISO 13940, HL7 CDA R2, XDS).
  • You have experienced in the areas of Windows, Linux, databases, web technologies, scripting languages.
  • You have experienced in using Enterprise architect tools.
  • You have knowledge in projects integration of EMR, LIS, RIS, OIS, familiar with cyber security requirement in healthcare IT, cloud, edge, and AI.

  • You are business-fluent in English, enabling you to interact with the sales team in the Region and our customers, and you are willing to travel on business trips within this region (approx. 30%).
  • You are a highly organized team player with a strong motivation and passion for sales.
  • Your outstanding communication and presentation skills enable you to determine requirements together with our customers and you can explain complex interrelationships in a simple and clear manner.
  • Working Location: Indonesia/ Malaysia/ Singapore (No relocation is required)
