Must Have

Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology and product leadership roles with a strong innovation delivery track record. 5+ years of experience in agile product development, MVP launches, and iterative experimentation. 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams including CX, engineering, and data analytics. Certified PSPO1, PSM1, and SAFe Agilist with hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 suite. Proven ability to translate customer insights into digital roadmaps with measurable KPIs (NPS, adoption, cost-to-serve).

Good to Have

Working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau for product analytics, reporting, and insight generation. Experience in persona development, design sprints, A/B testing, and user journey optimization. Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow and integration workflows using APIs. Familiarity with hosting internal innovation programs (e.g., podcasts, storytelling campaigns). Domain knowledge of public transport, fintech, and platform-led ecosystem products across APAC.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and define and driving product innovation strategy across multi-sector engagements in APAC. Identify customer pain points and converting insights into scalable digital product features. Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through MVP to market release. Lead design thinking workshops and co-creation sprints with CX, Tech, Policy, and Marketing. Align digital product development with measurable KPIs including NPS, adoption, and ROI. Use of agile tools like Jira and Confluence to track delivery, releases, and issue resolution. Shape GTM strategy and building buy-in with CXO stakeholders across public and financial sectors. Evangelise product innovation through storytelling, data dashboards, and persona-based design. * Mentor cross-functional product squads, ensuring alignment between tech, UX, and business goals.
