Overview:


We're looking for a motivated intern to support the Enterprise Marketing team in planning and executing marketing initiatives and corporate events, gaining hands-on experience in event management, campaign operations, and stakeholder coordination.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Event Planning & Coordination

Assist in the planning, logistics, and on-site execution of corporate events, conferences, seminars, and partner activations.

2. Campaign & Marketing Operations

Support the execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, including content coordination, asset tracking, and timeline management.

3. Reporting & Documentation

Compile event feedback, engagement metrics, and post-campaign reports. Include documentation of best practices, and learnings.

Learning Outcomes:

Gain practical experience in end-to-end event management and marketing operations. Develop project coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Understand the workflow of enterprise marketing, campaign planning, and partner engagement within a corporate environment.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience in Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
