Enterprise Risk Management, Manager/ Senior Manager
Job Description
I am currently partnering a global management consultancy firm to hire a Manager/ Senior Manager for their Enterprise Risk Management team.
If you are a seasoned enterprise risk professional seeking exposure to global markets and varying types of risks (country risk, personnel risk, cash flow risk, etc.), this would be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, you will be proactively managing risks globally across the Group.
Key responsibilities include (non-exhaustive):
- Liaising with senior management and business leaders globally
- Designing and implementing Group ERM frameworks
- Reviewing new projects (identification of key risk issues and controls)
- Supporting the automation initiatives for risk solutions
You have a Degree in Business / Accountancy / Economics / Economics / Mathematics / IT or equivalent, and at least 10 years of relevant experience in enterprise risk management, internal controls, business process re-engineering and due diligence. Any familiarity with business practices in regions such as North Asia, South Asia, Africa, or Middle East will be advantageous.
To succeed in this role, a proven track record in liaising and managing senior stakeholders, versatility to liaise with global counterparts, and business acumen is critical. Other key personality attributes to be successful include maturity, ability to be independent and take ownership, analytical, strong written and communication skillsets, and curiosity to learn.
