Job Description

We are currently working with a leading APAC Real Estate Developer which is expanding aggressively across the region and is looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group and be based in Singapore If you are successful in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with an exciting, energetic team with a strong, open culture with a strong desire to grow aggressively, regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ERM and related initiatives (such as Control Self-Assessment and Key Risk Indicators) to strength risk management capabilities and culture across business units.
• Facilitate risks and controls assessment and review periodically with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and conduct necessary training.
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of relevant compliance programme.
• Prepare regular reports and provide independent assurance to Management and Board Risk Committees.
• Evaluate effectiveness of ERM implementation and compliance by business units from time to time.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
• Accounting, financial, real estate experiences an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. (Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to handle queries from Mandarin speaking associates in regards with business matters).
• Excellent communication, PR and workshop facilitation skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Open to taking on new challenges.
