Join us and embark on a meaningful and rewarding career.In this role you will overlook the following responsibilities\xef\x83\x98 Use a mixture of outbound calling, emailing, and marketing campaign follow up to organise meetings between prospective customers and the LHH sales team\xef\x83\x98 Accurately qualify new prospective customer accounts, based upon established criteria\xef\x83\x98 Conduct baseline research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls and introductory sales meetings\xef\x83\x98 Maintain knowledge of market conditions and competitive activities & use these to identify opportunities in the market\xef\x83\x98 Maintain accurate information about key contacts and sales activities in salesforce\xef\x83\x98 Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to share information, provide feedback, and achieve overall sales targetsWhat You\'ll Need to Succeed\xef\x83\x98 Minimum 1+ years of work history in a pipeline generation role as an SDR\xef\x83\x98 Work history in technology sales or SaaS is advantageous\xef\x83\x98 Demonstrated track record in an early-stage company or highly ambiguous environment.\xef\x83\x98 Excellent spoken & written communication skills\xef\x83\x98 Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Sales Force, Outreach, Sales Navigator etc)\xef\x83\x98 Goal-oriented, has ownership, and curiosity\xef\x83\x98 Excellent interpersonal and team management skillsWhat We Offer
