What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
Responsible for developing, expanding and growing our Retail and Hospitality business across the entire Singapore
Execute sales strategy and deliver sales targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities
Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting solutions provider
Hunt for brand new opportunities for our retail and hospitality segment in Singapore.
And everything else which comes with the role of a modern sales person; documenting the sales pipeline & visits in CRM software, ensure timely collection of payments and always be on top of the latest trends and developments in the market. Just to name a few...
Your qualifications
Strategic mindset with focus on execution and strong understanding of B2B End-user / Enterprise business
10+ years combined Sales and Sales Management experience gained from an IT / Building Materials / Automation industry
Wide network in the Hospitality and Retail (Malls) sector such as real estate owners, hotel / mall operators, large retailers, architects and interior designers among others.
5+ years of proven track-record in key account management, solution selling, enterprise sales, and value based selling principles
Lighting / solution selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
A team player mindset and excitement to bring the business to the next level
