As Enterprise Sales Manager, Southeast Asia, you will be responsible for Sells products through building relations with channel partners across SEA. Deals will be secured in collaboration with internal technical, business and functional teams. You will have high sales targets or quotas and operate across a wide geographic area consisting of several P&L units. This position will report directly to the Regional Sales Director.
How you will do it:
Require having strong account management skills but more importantly is the soft skills on business development.
Responsible for identifying the go-to-market strategies and leading the corresponding stakeholders to meet the business objective.
Managed to meet the sales target set by the management team
Improve and increase the market share in the corresponding markets
Identify / develop / manage channel partners effectively including distributors, dealers, and system integrators
Create demand through demonstration and engagement with end-users / consultants / architects
Work with marketing team in events / promotions / roadshows to build brand equity
Provide market and customer feedback with product management to identify new opportunities for growth
Provide excellent customer service through engagement and dedication to customer satisfaction
What we look for:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in business, engineering, networking, or IT
Minimum 5 years of electronics / IT sales or channel management experience
Solid sales experience in ELV, Access Controls, CCTV, Intrusion Detection System
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English
Strong personality, self-motivated, flexible to business demands and can work under pressure
Able to travel overseas and work independently
