Reporting to the Enterprise Service Management Lead - Funds, this is a full-time and permanent position based in our Singapore office.The ESM is responsible for building and maintaining strong service delivery relationships with high-value accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, strategically focusing on managing the client service delivery objectives, whilst maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.This position would be ideal for someone who is solution driven and excited by the potential of growing within the business, as we look to solidify our position as market leaders as fund service provider.As the single point of client contact across the Vistra Group for fund client relationship and service delivery, our team has strong expertise in supporting bespoke client service solutions. You will help manage our clients' journey as they move into new markets and regions, proactively identifying issues and developing client focussed solutions.
