Our Singapore office is now seeking a skilled

Enterprise Solutions Specialist

to join our growing team. This role is responsible for the effective implementation, integration, and support of the company's ERP and in-house software systems. This role bridges technical execution and business communication -- ensuring systems run smoothly, enhancements are delivered efficiently, and vendor collaboration is well-managed to meet organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, configure, and maintain ERP and in-house applications to support business operations Act as the primary liaison with external software vendors for troubleshooting, implementation, and system upgrades Collaborate with internal departments to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications or system enhancements Lead or support integration projects between ERP and other business applications Monitor and ensure the performance, reliability, and data integrity of enterprise systems Provide user support and training to improve system adoption and usage efficiency Document system processes, configurations, and issue resolutions for reference and compliance Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and recommend improvements through technology solutions Support periodic audits, data validation, and system security compliance efforts

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field Minimum 5 years of proven experience ERP support, software development, or system implementation, preferably with

Sage ERP (X3, 300, or Intacct)

Proficiency in SQL, scripting, or related programming languages for troubleshooting and reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with both internal users and external vendors Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision Knowledge of

Sage ERP development tools

and customization frameworks Experience in

reporting tools

(e.g., Crystal Reports, Power BI) Familiarity with

cloud-based enterprise solutions

Project management and business process reengineering experience Knowledge of API or system integration concepts preferred
