Join our team as an Entertainment Assistant.About the Role:As an Entertainment Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Artiste & Events team onsite to liaise between our Artiste & Client.Duration:Min. 4 months with the opportunity to join the team full time if the candidate is found suitable.Main Responsibilities:Work with the Artistes & Events team to understand the event requirement that you have been assigned to.Liaise with the Artistes and Client to ensure that all the agreed requirements are in order.Assist the Marketing team to take videos & photos.Provide administrative support to the team.Requirements:Singaporean/PRAvailability on weekdays after 3pm & weekendsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Tertiary students studying Marketing, Business Development, Events Management, Arts Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Advertising are preferred.Qualities We Are Looking For:Interest in classical music and music in general.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment and determination to complete tasks.Attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills.Application InstructionsTell us about your musical experiences, whether it\'s playing an instrument, attending concerts, or any other relevant experiences that make you suitable for Vocalise.Include a recent photo of yourself, your CV, and a cover letter to .
