Lead and deliver strategy engagements for fast-growing medium enterprises in Singapore. Diversity of exposure to clients from a variety of sectors. Understand the goals of clients to co-create strategy and develop evidence based recommendations for clients Usage of key business strategy tools, frameworks and information databases to deliver insightful and pragmatic advice for clients Lead sales opportunities with senior team members by preparing bespoke proposal documents covering the needs of clients Influence clients, teams, and individuals positively. Leading by example and establishing confident relationships with both junior and senior stakeholders. Deliver exceptional client service and drive high performance from the team while fostering collaboration Develop high-performing teams through coaching, challenging opportunities and recognizing the impact made by team members Write relevant strategy articles regularly for publishing in business journals, magazines and website as necessaryAbout you Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics At least 6 years of work experience in strategy consulting. Emotionally intelligent individual able to build strong relationships that inspire openness and trust, as well as to collaborate in teamwork settings with colleagues and clients Demonstrable ability to handle work professionally, in teams and independently with a strong client service mindset Strong network of business owners from fast growing medium-sized enterprises Efficient management of high quality project delivery.
