Entrepreneurial Traineeship Opportunity with Advisors Alliance Group (AAG)This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join the financial services industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained finance professional due to their background of study. Upon successful completion of the programme, a career as a qualified financial services associate awaits you. The programme involves a fully sponsored 2 weeks training programme which encompasses initial company familiarisation, classroom training, and on-the-job training. This initial familiarisation provides an insight to the working environment prior to attending classroom training which will consist of basic financial portfolio planning theory and practical sessions on conducting Know Your Clients (KYC) analysisKEY OBJECTIVES

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years old
• Singaporean/PR
• Local Diploma/Degree and above in any field of study
• Good interpersonal relationship skills and pleasant disposition
• Self-motivating with a strong sense of initiative
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and customer relationship management skills
• Sales background would be helpful although not essential.
