Job Scope:
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, sponsorships, and partnerships across regional markets
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as main liaison between clients, celebrities, agencies, and vendors.
Lead planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and Korean celebrity engagements.
Develop proposals and pitch materials to win new business opportunities.
Support the General Manager in strategic planning, reporting, and team coordination.
Provide guidance to junior staff and promote a collaborative team culture.
Job Requirements:
Possess a diploma or degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
