Job Description

We are seeking a IT System/Network support to responsible for ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance. To analyse problem, perform troubleshooting and incident response on network and system, communicate with various stakeholders and track problems through to resolution.

• Working Hours: 12 hours shift (rotating day and night shift)
• Working Location: Central, Singapore
• Salary Package: Up to $3500 (basic) + $300 (allowances) +AWS + VB
• Other perks & benefits: Up to 16 days of AL, medical insurance coverage, on the job training and etc

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and capacity of various systems and 3rd party network services using a variety of tools. When an issue is identified, you work to determine the cause of the problem.
• When a problem impact the network and system services, you will be required to troubleshoot the problem by following the standard operating procedures.
• While responding to incidents, you must carefully track and document all issues and resolutions in detail.
• When problems are too large or complex for quick troubleshooting, you must escalate the issue to management, other IT resources or 3rd party vendors for assistance in reaching a resolution.
• Maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally, to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.

Requirements

• Singaporean only
• Tertiary degree in computer science or relevant studies.
• Must be able to work in rotating shift hours.
• Knowledge of the working of Domain Name System (DNS) , Linux Systems, Web Servers (Apache & NGINX) and Networking
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies will be advantageous
• Knowledge of ITIL methodology will be advantageous
