Recruiter (Casual Labor Division)

Full-Time
Working Hours:
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Working Days:
5 days per week (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)
Availability:
Must be contactable during weekends (WhatsApp Channel )
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:
$2,000 - $2,200

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit casual labor (e.g., F&B, event, hotel crew)
Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding
Maintain database of active and standby staff
Support day-to-day operations and deployment planning
Build strong relationships with both clients and workers
? Requirements
Prior experience in recruitment or manpower coordination preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and able to multitask
* Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
