Position Overview



We are seeking a motivated and analytical

Entry-Level Digital Product & Sales manager

to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about technology, product development, and customer engagement. You will support digital product planning, assist in aligning features with market demand, and collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities



Product Support & Research


+ Assist in managing the product lifecycle--from planning and development to launch and iteration.
+ Gather user feedback and market data to support product improvement proposals.
+ Conduct competitor research and trend analysis to support product positioning and market fit.

Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement


+ Collaborate with sales teams to prepare product presentations, customer materials, and use-case documents.
+ Attend customer meetings to understand pain points and help translate business needs into product insights.
+ Support post-launch follow-up to collect feedback and assist with solution alignment.

Opportunity & Partner Development


+ Research potential partners, platforms, or integrations that enhance the product's reach and value proposition.
+ Help prepare internal business cases and support documentation for new commercial opportunities.

Team & Process Collaboration


+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth product rollout.
+ Support internal documentation, basic testing, reporting, and team meetings as required.

Requirements



Education:


+ Bachelor's degree in any of the following (or related) disciplines:
+ Business
+ Communications
+ Computer Science / Information Technology
+ Marketing
+ Digital Media / Product Management
+ Other relevant fields with a strong interest in technology and digital products

Skills & Competencies:


+ Strong interest in digital product development and enterprise sales
+ Good analytical, presentation, and communication skills
+ Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or CRM platforms; knowledge of basic project or product tools is a plus
+ Bilingual in

English and Mandarin

is required, as this is a function in the sales team and you will need to meet with clients from China.
+ Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
