Board Function:The primary job responsibility of the ESH Section Manager is to ensure environmental, safety, and health compliance by ensuring the plant\'s operations align with regulatory requirements. The manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining ESH programs, policies, and procedures to minimise environmental impact, prevent accidents, and promote a safe and healthy work environment for employees. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, provides guidance and training to employees, and fosters a culture of ESH awareness and responsibility throughout the organisation. They are responsible for monitoring and reporting ESH performance within the Company and liaising with regulatory agencies and participating in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ESH regulations.Requirements
