Contract Period:

1 Dec 2025 to 30 Nov 2026 (12 Months)

Deployment:

Monthly 2 Visits Each Visit not more than 4 hrs.

Scope of Works:

Take up the role of the Part-Time Environmental Control Officer (ECO) for the Mall. Carry out all duties according to NEA's ECO requirements and guidelines. Conduct regular inspections of the mall to identify environmental lapses. Provide advice and solutions to the Building Management on any environmental or hygiene issues. Prepare and submit all required monthly reports and documents to NEA. Coordinate with cleaning and pest control contractors to ensure compliance with NEA standards. Perform any other duties as required under NEA guidelines or assigned by the Building Management.
