Job Description

We are currently working with an International Data Centre Provider which has a significant presence in Singapore to help bring in an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Executive / Senior Executive to augment their existing team in view of their increasing need to meet the growing demand for sustainability support and expansion in the country. Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in completing tasks related to the GESG portfolio by providing necessary support and execution
• Conduct research and analysis for various tasks, such as benchmarking exercises, materiality analysis, preparing presentations, and seeking third-party support when required
• Manage the ESG Database Management Systems/Dashboard to ensure effective utilization of platforms for analyzing and generating reports
• Manage GESG Project Management Systems to monitor progress and deliverables, using traffic light system/ Gantt chart type management, and identify the best approach/systems for better data and project management
• Help establish a repository management process/system to efficiently manage files, documents, and categorization
• Provide significant support in creating presentations, slides, and decks when necessary
• Coordinate various engagement exercises with internal and external stakeholders/parties, including partners and potential partners
• Provide other administrative support as needed.

Job Requirements:

• A Sustainability/Sciences Bachelor\'s degree or similar qualifications
• At least three years of experience in Sustainability/ESG Management with a strong ability to conduct research and analysis, anticipate developments and challenges, and proactively provide recommendations for more effective projects
• Knowledge and experience in applying local and international regulations, standards, frameworks, and guidelines such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD, CDP, SDGs, IIRC, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail
• Possession of relevant professional body accreditations is advantageous.
