What you will do:As EPC BD Manager (SEA), you will be As we continue to innovate and grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in the EPC industry in SEA particularly focused on the lifecycle replacement of HVAC, BMS, and Chillers Systems.How you will do it:

• Developing comprehensive short- and long-term sales plans while preparing effective sales strategies and submissions.
• Engaging target organizations to identify and pursue profitable sales opportunities.
• Managing the preparation and submission of competitive sales proposals.
• Influencing tender requests to promote Johnson Controls specified Applied Products and Systems/Solutions.
• Achieving secured sales volume ($) and gross margin ($) against assigned business plans.
• Providing insights to management regarding the Applied industry while recommending strategies to maximize future business in line with the Applied growth strategy.
• Building strong customer relationships and delivering sales and technical support to Contractors, Consultants, and End-Users to enhance solution sales and customer satisfaction.
• Forecasting sales secured, delivery, collection, sales backlog, inventory management, and addressing any other sales-related issues consistently.

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated sales success with year-on-year growth.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating with Consultants, Owners, main Contractors, and key Stakeholders in the Building and Commercial Industry.
• Exceptional leadership, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.
