Epicor Technical Consultant (kinetic/epicor 10, Semiconductor)
Job Description
Manage and support Epicor ERP platform performance, customizations, and integrations; provide Tier-2/3 technical support, root-cause analysis, and SQL optimization.
Design and maintain secure, reusable BAQs and dashboards for reporting and analytics across executive, operational, and shop floor functions.
Implement upgrade-resilient Application Studio customizations and automate business logic using BPMs, Epicor Functions, and REST/OData APIs.
Lead ERP governance, documentation, and release management; drive internal enablement to reduce consultant reliance and ensure continuous platform improvement.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
At least 5 years of
technical
experience withEpicor ERP (Kinetic / Epicor 10), including design, customization, and support
inSemiconductor industry.
Proficient in BAQs, BPMs, Application Studio customizations, and system integrations using Service Connect and REST/OData APIs. Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, query tuning, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
