What will you do The Manager, Program Manager is accountable to support the FM Ops team to streamline requests from E&PS Program Management Office, E&PS COE, risk & issue escalation and Make program office. In addition, support the creation of regional quarterly status/performance scorecard across the strategic programs. Close engagement with the E&PS COE and E&PS Ops teams is essential. A suitable candidate for this role will have experience in the shaping and delivery of benchmark PMO services whilst ensuring transparency through robust program management, financial planning, and proactive inclusive communications. Program management is also expected to involve extensive coordination with business customers and enabling partners on a project-specific basis. Equally internal communication and connection across E&PS COE\xe2\x80\x99S, Boards and regional leadership will be instrumental to ensure successful execution whilst managing regional nuances across the sub regions Key Responsibilities: Serve as Global Subject matter Expert (SME) for program management for regional E&PS
Lead cross functional programs that address pivotal initiatives and/or operational needs; scope of work will include Global oversight on deployment strategy, setting up deployment structure, consolidate program metrics on a regional level, regular connection with global program managers, providing executive updates, and assuring program objectives are delivered as per plan.
Work in cadence with global program management team to plan ahead and ensure prioritized deployment plans in line with regional workplan/workload
Approach Program Management from an end-to-end regional scope.
Work with service providers, internal resources to lead strategic planning for deployment and execution of FM, RE and PD programs and strategic initiatives i.e., Contract renewal strategy
Track and control program management and execution.
Builds change & communication plans with the Program and/or Project Sponsors, the global Program managers as well as the change and communication teams.
Establish and enforce methodologies to generate business values while deploying the specified programs
Ensure program management is aligned with global E&PS and wider NCHC strategies
Build-up and deploy communication strategy to drive innovation environment within E&PS
Connect with E&PS LTs, Support Services Leaders (EHS, GHS, JJT, \xe2\x80\xa6) and regional leads to ensure program management is in line with annual business planning

Qualifications

What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent required
Minimum of 4 - 5 years of related experience
Experience in Facility Management, Project Management, Real Estate, Business Processes or financial.
Strong eye for business and relationship building skills
The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment
The ability to adapt emerging standard methodologies and industry innovations
Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination, and action tracking skills
Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Desired Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business, etc.) preferred
Focused degree in Business or related field preferred
Six sigma certifications, preferred
Regional experience
Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders
Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
FPX Project Management
Project Management methodology: PMP Certification is a plus
