Responsibilities

Lead and manage

eQuality projects

to ensure alignment with corporate quality strategy and global standards. Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of

digital quality systems

(e.g., eQMS, compliance tools, CAPA, audit systems). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with across manufacturing operations. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards. Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and global stakeholders. Provide training and support to internal teams on new quality processes, digital tools, and best practices. Act as the key point of contact between global headquarters and local sites for all eQuality initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.

5-8 years' experience

in quality management, project management, or manufacturing systems implementation, preferably within an MNC. Strong knowledge of

quality management systems (QMS)

, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation in manufacturing. Proven experience leading

system or process improvement projects

(preferably eQMS or MES-related). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. PMP/Prince2 or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage. Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a

multicultural and global environment
