• Adecco is partnering with a multinational corporation Semiconductor company to search for a SSD Test Engineer

The Opportunity

• Focus: Perform hardware replacement in cleanroom environment and assist on DIFFUSION parts preparations
• Office location: Singapore, Woodlands
• Working hours: 12 hours shift (Day/Night Shift)

The Talent

• Diploma or ITE equivalent in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience in a wafer fab or semiconductor manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Diffusion processes and toolsets is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE.
• Strong hands-on skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using software tools for diagnostics and reporting.

MAIN FUNCTIONS
Perform hardware replacement in cleanroom environment and assist on all DIFFUSION parts preparations for all scheduled and un-scheduled tool activities to reduce waiting time/Cage-breadman maintenance and housekeeping.

• Responsible to monitor tool performance, schedule and perform preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets and use mechanical, electronic and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Perform hardware replacements and maintenance in a cleanroom environment, specifically for Diffusion toolsets.
• Prepare and deliver parts for scheduled and unscheduled tool activities to minimize equipment downtime.
• Assist with cage, breadman, and tool maintenance, including general housekeeping.
• Monitor and track tool performance and report abnormalities.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance (PM) to ensure consistent tool reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical, electronic, and software-based diagnostic tools.
• Maintain documentation and log daily activities, PMs, and repair actions accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and 6S workplace organization standards.
