Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure all production machines are in optimal working condition to support smooth operations and minimize defects. Perform prompt on-site troubleshooting for any machine-related issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with suppliers for unresolved issues and provide remote support based on technical guidelines. Set up and validate process workflows to ensure efficient and stable production performance. Monitor machine performance to achieve targeted UPH and cycle time goals. Support NPI automation activities to ensure seamless implementation and issue-free startup.
