• 2yrs in cleaning/polishing tools (wet bench process) in semicon is required!
• 5 days work week!

Our client is one of the leading Electronics MNC

Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Plan, develop and implement new process in polishing and cleaning for mass production

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for new equipment set up, installation and qualification

\xc2\xb7 Process improvement and optimization to enhance on quality, cost reduction and productivity

\xc2\xb7 Maintain the process and equipment documentation including operating, maintenance and work procedure

\xc2\xb7 Training of technicians on standard procedure and work instruction

\xc2\xb7 Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Degree/Master in Material Science, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years\' experience in Cleaning/Polishing Tools and wet bench process experience is essential
• Proficient in DoE, FMEA and SPC is preferred
• Possess good communication skills and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work in cleanroom environment and perform overtime as and when necessary

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 830am - 530pm
• Location: Near Tampines
• Transport provided
