Serangoon North Monday - Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm $3700 - $4500 (Depends on last drawn and experience) Job Scope: * Perform qualification of new lines/ equipments * Implement and carry out Serangoon North Monday - Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm $3700 - $4500 (Depends on last drawn and experience) Job Scope: Perform qualification of new lines/ equipments Implement and carry out improvement plans to maximize equipment uptime and sustain machine performance Effective troubleshooting of equipment and process related problem to minimize equipment down time Monitor and control equipment performance indices such as yield, throughput and others Establish safe work procedures and control documentation for different types of machines Provide engineering support on all equipment operational issues to meet production output and quality Manage spare parts to ensure sufficient stock level to support equipment maintenance and production needs Plan and implement effective Preventive Maintenance (PM) program to minimize machine breakdown Participate in cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of the maintenance Establish, maintenance, implement and continually improve on the quality and environmental management system To ensure that employees under your supervision comply with all safety regulations, safe work procedures and to use appropriate PPE at all times. To drive and support company initiatives to protect the environment e.g. by minimizing resource wastages, recycling effort and proper waste disposal. Any other duties assigned by the Management Job Requirements: Degree in Mechantronic /Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 2 years relevant working experience in a mass production environment handling equipment Good Leadership skill Good Analytical skill Computer literate
