Job Description


  • Maintain, calibrate, trobleshooting and correlate Metrology tools.
  • Install and qualify new Metrology tools when needed.
  • Generate and analyze statistical data for gauge R&R tool matching studies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in semiconductor industry.
  • Knowledge of GR&R , SPC and latest semiconductor industry metrology tool technology.
