You will be involved in:

• Real time Production line support.
• Recommends, develops Meet ST WWS equipment parameters
• Implement corrective actions for resolving equipment or Eg: OEE, Downtime, PM Parameters
• process the problems that do not respond to normal method.
• Lead a group of maintenance staff to carry out corrective Measured
• Reviews, develops and approves appropriate PM procedures
• Updates and maintain all PM procedures & checklists electronically to align with the existing working process.
• Provide technical support to I.E. , Facility and Hook Up Team To improve equipment capacities
• Organize, leads and performs complex retrofits on equipment

Standardise all the operations and specifications of equipment . * Lead a group of maintenance staff to implement equipment to improve equipment reliability, efficiency cost reduction and wafer cost.

• Tracks equipment performance through a knowledge of SPC
• Be part of an overall diagnostic technique on complex system failures (eg Multi-meter, Oscilloscope, RGA, Leak Detector, etc)
• Perform FMEA on all critical equipment or process.
• Study thepractices and robustness of the existing procedures and

introduced the best possible preventive and / or predictive improvement action based on facts

Profile

You are suitable for this role if you are/ have:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Strong electrical and mechanical technical skill
• good attitude and commitment to work
• eager to learn
