To plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), fault attendance, fault diagnosis tests, trouble-shooting, upgrading, improvement works/repairs, etc
To test and record all faults reported and complete work orders within specified times
To raise, review and follow up on all work orders, labour and material and key in other input into the maintenance management system and any other recording system
To carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate
To assist in the safety inspection / audits of equipment
To provide maintenance support in major fault-finding and investigation
To assist in the provision of technical advice, information and instructions to demonstrate a particular application or operation of equipment to the staff
To provide and assist in the training of front-end devices for new, existing staff and to external parties
To plan and assist Engineer in project planning and onsite testing
Any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma / NITEC in Engineering or related discipline
Possess minimum 2 years of Equipment Maintenance experience in Supervisory capacity
Experienced in troubleshooting equipment / production machines
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Words)
Possess leadership skills
Good communications and interpersonal skills
Able to work well independently and in a team under a challenging and fast-paced environment
