Location: Singapore

Our client, the most elite investment bank, is looking for multiple operation analysts at different seniority levels to join their equities and stock loan teams in Singapore to help manage a growing business.

Responsibilities:
- Support clients in post-trade execution activities including trade confirmations, reconciliation, settlement etc
- Manage complex transaction requests and queries to a high-quality standard.

Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree from a reputable university
- Good understanding of the trade life cycle
- For the senior roles, 3+ years of experience in equities operations is a must. Junior candidates will be considered for the stock loan operation analyst role
- Experience with vendor platforms such as CTM, Omgeo, Traiana, and Smartbridge is a plus
- Knowledge of MS Suite, especially Excel and/or VBA is desirable
- Japanese is a great bonus because the role needs to support the Japanese market
- Great communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, and take initiative
