Equity Capital Markets - Vice President
Our client, a global financial services leader, is looking for an ECM professional to handle all coverage and execution of equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions in Asia ex-Japan market
Responsibilities
- Formulate business plan and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth
- Develop and manage equity capital markets and corporate finance business and expansion including IPOs, corporate advisory and other capital market activities
- Assist and execute a wide range of equity capital markets and corporate finance transactions
- Ensure the Equity Capital Markets & Corporate Finance team's compliance to regulations and adherence with internal rules and procedures
- Over 5 years of relevant equity capital markets and corporate finance experience in reputable financial institutions
- Recognised degree in Economics, Finance or other relevant discipline
- S-REIT IPO, Right Issue, Placement Experience
- In-depth knowledge of capital markets products and services
- Experience dealing with investors and possesses due diligence expertise
- Australian Stock Exchange, Stock Exchange of Thailand or other market ECM experience is preferred
- Strong inter-personal skills to work in/ across multidisciplinary teams and departments as well as with other professional advisers, clients and regulators
