You have successfully delivered large complex projects involving large number of stakeholders across different departments (Front Office Trading, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Tech and so on) You're a good problem solver, proactive, high energy and self-motivated to learn able to multi-task and work independently and adapt quickly to changes in priorities You can communicate effectively and influence vertically and horizontally throughout the organization (e.g. business/compliance/ops partners, technical lead, developers and associates in different locations and time zones.) You are enthusiastic. You're committed to delivering real value to our business You have excellent organizational skills and have good experience with enterprise change governance routines as you're expected to manage project plan & tollgate processes and track deliverables. You are good at Business Writing and using PowerPoint & Excel to create business requirement documents and governance deck, and document quality updates for business and senior stakeholders You are an approachable team player with confidence as you will work with teammates, peers, and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You have strong analytical skills and enjoy using them to triage business problems and develop solutions for complex business requirements. You are broadly skilled and eager to learn and apply new knowledge to your day-to-day work. You're familiar with Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio and other office toolsets. The program management team is under the COO organization and is an integrated PMO/BA/PM team responsible for program governance and deliver cross LOB projects for Global Markets (Equity and Fixed Income, Currencies & Commodities (FICC)) Technology. Examples of projects managed by the team - adoption of new Enterprise Change Management processes, Regulatory mandates, Regulatory inspection, Exchange upgrades, Business Enablement projects (HK SFC Data Standards, Rollout of next generation trading platform, Access to liquidity venue). What you will do Manage project deliveries independently from start to end with good governance routines, provide leadership and help resolve conflicts and set priority for the project team. Learn and adopt PMO template and Enterprise Project and Program governance requirements. Run projects that deliver strong results for the organization including Swap/Delta One, Cash Trading, Regulatory and Internal Mandates, Technology Improvements, Enterprise Change Transformation projects Support Program Managers with effective estimation and breakdown of significant pieces of work into deliverable units. Work collaboratively with our business partners and stakeholders to understand the requirements, design solutions, pull together a project plan, chair meetings/minutes, track deliverables/risk/issues, follow up on actions and most importantly bring the team together to deliver a common goal. Help resolve conflicts where needed.
