Job Description

Job Purpose:
Our client is hiring proactive and organized individual to support the implementation of their new ERP system. The role involves assisting with system design discussions, preparing for and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and creating high-quality user documentation such as user guides and SOPs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a solid understanding of business processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements and system specifications during the design phase.
• Participate in design workshops with users and vendors, capturing meeting notes and decisions.
• Support the development of test scenarios and UAT scripts based on functional requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor UAT activities with end users, including issue tracking and retesting.
• Work closely with users to document system workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Create user guides, quick reference materials, and training documentation in clear and user-friendly formats.
• Assist in change management and user training activities.
• Provide general support to the ERP project team, including status reporting, logistics coordination, and documentation control.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Good understanding of business processes such as Scholarships, HR and Finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience supporting ERP implementation projects (e.g. SAP Successfactors).
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), especially testing phases such as UAT.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Experience in preparing training materials or conducting user training sessions.
• Knowledge of tools like JIRA and SharePoint for project tracking and documentation.
