Yonyou Overseas serves large and growing overseas enterprises in key industries such as finance, retailing, real estate, construction, and trading to drive digital transformation, support cross-border management, and empower business innovation.



Responsibilities

• Receive training about ERP products, industry, and project management.
• Assist manager with ERP project implementation such as accounting system and related systems.
• Assist development teams in estimating and confirming the scope of customization, plan the development timeline, and execute plan.
• Assist manager with system tests and technical problems of the project, and prepare technical documentation and other deliverables to meet the project requirements
• Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstration preparation and technical solutions explanation;
• Summarize the best practice of implementation projects.

Requirment

• Be in the final or penultimate year of undergraduate studies in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, and other ERP-relevant backgrounds.
• An accounting training course is a must.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects
• Academic Training in Programming (i.e. SQL) is preferred
• Fluent in Mandarin and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterparts, able to understand English and Chinese documents.
• Willing to pursue a career in the ERP industry in the future
• Opportunities to convert to a full-time employee after the internship.
