Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a ERP Manager:
Job Responsibilities

• xefxbbxbfxefxbbxbfAssess and understand business requirements, analyzing operational workflows to identify areas for enhancement.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation, validating feasibility through proof-of-concepts and pilot projects.
• Maintain strong technical expertise in business processes, fostering a solution-driven approach within the organization.
• Oversee the deployment of new systems and provide end-user training to ensure smooth adoption.
• Execute and monitor software updates, backups, security patching, and database maintenance to maintain system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain process and technical documentation to support system resolutions and ongoing enhancements.
• Work with developers to ensure that business requirements are effectively incorporated into system design.
• Engage with stakeholders in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs.
• Support change requests, ensuring strategic alignment and maintenance of application environments with the latest updates.
• Guide teams in defining project requirements, tracking progress, creating functional documentation, and developing training materials.
• Plan and execute end-user training programs to enhance system adoption and proficiency.
• Collaborate with system integrators and software providers to design and implement optimized business processes.
• Evaluate the impact of requested changes, proposing improvements to address evolving business needs.
• Lead end-to-end ERP migration and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in software consulting and implementation, specifically in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central, Soft4 Leasing, or other Loan Processing Applications.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience in ERP application support and project management.
• Knowledge and experience in loan transaction processing, including loan disbursement, repayments, rollovers, drawdowns, and interest payments, is preferred.

• Hands-on experience with Loan Processing Applications and/or Lending Solutions would be advantageous.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and manage multiple priorities.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive process improvements.

Additional Information:

• Salary:xefxbbxbf Up to SGD 9,000 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Bukit Batok
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:30pm
