Responsibilities: Responsible for the smooth administrative functions of the ERP System so as to meet company standards in the up-time of the ERP system (avoidance of down time) Manage day-to-day operation of the system. Develop and implement administrative system, and procedures to improve operation functions of the department, and devising ways to streamline processes. In collaboration with other company departments, plan, schedule and promoting events and activities including team meetings. Creating and maintaining effective internal control of company equipment and inventory. Coordinating and supporting in company projects and tracking progress towards company objectives. Keeping abreast with all organizational changes and business developments. Requirements: Diploma in business administration, management or related field. At least 4-5 years office administration and ERP experience. Good track record Good leadership and resource management skills. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient with computer and MS Office skills. Familiar with retail operation, human resource and customer service procedures. Possess positive working attitude and mind-set.
