A client in the Hospitality and Real Estate industry has embarked on a large digital business transformation program. We are currently partnering with the client to hire for an experienced ERP Transformation Lead to join the exciting growth journey.
Responsibilities
Leading a project team, you play an integral role in the overall management of this multi-year transformation for ERP and related systems. You drive the initiation, change management, design, development and implementation of Next-Gen ERP system, to achieve business transformation goals. You work closely with C-suites to develop and maintain comprehensive and strategic technology roadmap for the program. You are involved in establishing project plans, manage resources, vendors while overseeing project managers for effective and quality delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements
Degree qualified, you have minimum 10 years of experience in managing mid to large scale, multi year programs in a complex environment. Proven delivery experience of ERP transformation project in SAP S4 Hana. You come with strong knowledge of program and change management methodologies and approaches. You are a strong communicator, is resilience with effective stakeholder management skills.
