OFFICE Location: 33 Ubi Avenue 3, Vertex Bus available: 58 Nearest MRT Station: Ubi Station and Tai Seng Station

Position: ERSS Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Quantity take-off and prepare quotation for ERSS / required works.

• Attend tender meetings with project sales team.

• Follow up and revision of quotations.

• Prepare and submit project documents required by client such as Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, Safe Work Procedure and lifting plans.

• Submission of progress claims and follow up with payment response.

• Resolve discrepancies on payment claims.

• Involve in company\xe2\x80\x99s ISO and other certification bodies.

• Other ad-hoc duties as required by Director.
  

• Basic knowledge of construction industry, with ERSS and foundation works will be an advantage.

• Relevant engineering education qualifications

• Good communication skills

• Computer literate especially Word and Excel

• Bizsafe Level 2 or equivalent with BCSS certificate
  

• 5 day work week. Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm)
