The Sustainability Reporting & Metrics manager will collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders for the execution of the below, including the CSO, CR&S unit leads) environment, social, governance and partnerships), business managers, IT, Internal Audit, Risk, Finance and Human Resources. Benchmarking & developing metrics.

• Developing metrics, methodologies and tools for measuring sustainability outputs and impacts
• Ensuring that the company\'s sustainability reporting is aligned with relevant regulations and standards (such as GRI, Carbon Disclosure Project, World Benchmarking Alliance, Sustainalytics, TCFD, SASB/ISSB, and SGX requirements for listed companies)
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments and best practices in sustainability impact measurement, reporting and disclosures
• Identifying opportunities to automate data collection and management and improving online systems.
• Advancing supply chain traceability, in collaboration with finance, IT and commercial departments
• Maintaining documentation of processes and methodologies around data collection, ESG metrics/indicators and calculation methodologies
• Collating and analyzing data related to Olam Agri\'s ESG performance and impact.
• Generating insights from large amounts of data and developing practical systems for relevant business users to access and visualize data insights.
• Preparing sustainability reports, including annual sustainability reports and other communications to stakeholders.
• Supporting responses to inquiries from banks and investor

Requirements

• A personal passion for sustainable agriculture and food systems
• Excellent data sourcing and analysis capabilities
• A good eye for designing clear and impactful graphical visualisations of data insights
• Strong & clear communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with in ESG reporting frameworks, social impact measurement, carbon footprint accounting, and survey design
• University degree related to data analytics, statistics, internal audit or other relevant domain
• 6-8+ years of relevant experience, such as in ESG reporting, monitoring & evaluation, sustainability audits or ESG risk analysis
