ESH AssistantJOB SUMMARY (The position's general functional summary)He/She shall support the ESH Specialist/Supervisor in all aspects of Environment, Safety and Health including Compliance and Reporting, Monitoring and Operational Control and the establishment, implementation and improvement of the Management System.He/She shall assist in data gathering, monitoring and implementation of environmental and health and safety programs, environmental and occupational health and safety compliance and reporting, environmental and safety trainings and records management.He/She shall ensure that all pertinent documents/records related to environmental, health and safety are maintained and kept.ACCOUNTABILITIES (What is the position accountable for?)Reports to the ESH Specialist/Supervisor on all ESH-related matters;

• Assist in the preparation and submission of permits and reportorial requirements of the DENR, DOLE, PDEA, PNP and any other ESH-related Regulatory institutions;
• Assist the ESH Departments on ensuring the ECC conditions compliance;Assist in the conduct of ESH trainings and assessment tests and in developing ESH training modules;
• Assist the ESH Specialist/Supervisor in the planning, implementation and monitoring of ESH Management Systems including setting of objectives, targets and programs, and performance monitoring;
• Actively coordinates with the ESH groups of projects to ensure that various technical functions and associated work are performed;
• Conducts ESH inspections and audits at the Head Office and the project sites;
• Ensure that all ESH issues and concerns are documented and corresponding records are maintained and aligned to local and international standards.

QUALIFICATIONS Education (Degree, Licensure, Certifications)
Bachelor degree in relevant field (Engineering, Science or ESH related qualifications)Work ExperienceAt least 1 year Environmental, Safety and Health work experience in the diesel power plant or related industry;Exposure in ESH Management Systems standards (ISO 14001 / ISO 45001);Skills RequirementProficient in oral and written communication, computer literate, strong analytical skills.Behavioral Requirements/Expectations Possesses and applies the DPC core values "MALASAKIT".
