What You Will Be Doing for Ferma:

As part of Ferma, you will attend selected sessions at ESMO Asia 2025 on our behalf. Capture and gather valuable content presented, contributing to our mission of advancing the life sciences industry.

What We Offer:

Registration for

ESMO Asia 2025

: We will cover the cost of your conference registration, granting you access to all the sessions, presentations, and exhibits throughout the event.

Conference Attendance Certificate

: You will receive an official certificate confirming your participation in ESMO Asia 2025. This certificate will add value to your academic and professional profile, demonstrating your commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in life sciences.

SGD 20-SGD 25 per Hour:

As a part-time attendee, you will be compensated with a competitive rate of SGD 20-SGD 25 per hour for your services during the conference - we will ask you to mandatorily attend a few sessions each day with us. Any time on the conference days outside of these sessions will be entirely yours.

SGD 37.5 per Overtime Hour

: If your daily working hours exceed 8 hours, you will be compensated at

SGD 37.5 per hour

for every additional hour worked beyond the standard 8 hours.

SGD 50(Maximum) per Day:

You will be reimbursed for any food, travel costs (excluding fuel bills) that you incur during the conference hours. The reimbursement is capped at

SGD

50

per day. You will need to submit the valid bills for claiming the reimbursement. The reimbursement won't be provided for fuel bills.

Minimum Paid Hours:

You'll be paid for at least 20 hours provided you attend all the sessions assigned to you.
