Job Purpose Responsible for Environmental Services Operations. Critical Accountabilities * Cleaning - Casino, Common Areas, the Resorts World Convention Center and the Car Park which are within the scope of responsibilities are well maintained in Job Purpose Responsible for Environmental Services Operations. Critical Accountabilities Cleaning - Casino, Common Areas, the Resorts World Convention Center and the Car Park which are within the scope of responsibilities are well maintained in terms of cleanliness and general upkeep. Waste Management - resort-wide disposal, recycling and all other sustainability initiatives are well managed and its benefits maximized. Pest Control - effective routine inspections and treatment are carried out to ensure pest occurrences remain at minimal acceptable levels. Basic Functions Day-to-Day Operations: Managing the day-to-day issues pertaining to cleaning, waste management and pest control operations. Planning and Implementatio n: Assists the Manager in the planning and implementation of both short and long term routine and ad hoc schedules for cleaning, waste management and pest control operations. Supervision: Supervise outsourced vendors in the effective performance of their contractual obligations and in accordance with established standards in guest services. Inspections: Conduct thorough inspection of works done by outsourced vendors to ensure delivery of quality service. Safety : Ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to by both the department and its outsourced workers in line with the requirements of all concerned government regulatory bodies. Reports: Prepare and disseminate reports such as Daily Reports, Incident Reports and all other types of reports as may become necessary. Events: Support events and other special occasions requiring extra attention. Experience Flexible with scheduling which may include day, evening, weekends, public holidays and overnight. Possesses strong leadership skills and able to make sound independent decision. Possesses basic knowledge of housekeeping services, waste management or pest control. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service and/or cleaning-related industry
