E Store Officer
Job Description
? Preferable candidate with at least 2 year experience from Shopee or Lazada platform specialise in key account management
? Responsible in crafting monthly promotion mechanics on platform campaigns inclusive Double Digit, Payday, Flash sales.
? Closely monitor daily inventory report and work with E-Com Lead and platform commercial team on stocks replenishment
? Knowledge in Platform Keywords ads is preferable
? Possessed good analytical skill to perform in-depth analysis Store level and MoM / YoY performance as well as product assortments analysis (Sell Thru rate, traffics, conversion and Basket Size)
? Review performance for both Platform Keyword Ads and Offsite Marketing (CPAS, Facebook Ads, GDN) to better optimise ROAS of ads.
? Strong Negotiation skill is needed to negotiate mileages from platform on new product launches, double digit campaign and other campaigns (PayDay, category campaign)
? Conduct weekly meeting with platform team to review weekly run-rate performance, commercial deal alignment and other issue pertaining to realme in Platform
? Provide weekly and monthly report to E-com Lead
